OUR STRATEGY
STAGE 1
•Leverage the success of the Facebook Group to expand membership beyond 100,000.
•Recruit additional moderators to support breakout groups within the Facebook Group.
•Organise our inaugural event and launch fundraising campaigns.
STAGE 2
•Establish partnerships with other charitable organisations to effectively direct those in need to the appropriate resources.
•Utilise our fundraising income to support initiatives important to us and our members, ensuring men have platforms to be heard, whether through our group or by opening up to a friend.
STAGE 3
•Facilitate the nationwide expansion of M.A.T.E Mental Health Monday through organic growth.
•Organise online facilitated meetings with volunteers and through our secured funding bring in area specific experts for advice and support.
