SPRAYERS ASSOCIATION

The UK Sprayers Association (UKSA) is a community-led organisation created to support, educate and connect professional paint sprayers across the UK. Our mission is to raise standards within the industry, provide valuable training and networking opportunities, and help members build

successful, sustainable businesses.

However, our vision extends far beyond spraying.

The construction industry continues to face one of the biggest mental health challenges of any sector in the UK. Long hours, financial pressures, isolation, and the day-to-day demands of runninga trade business can all take their toll. As an association made up of tradespeople, we recognise

these challenges and believe that supporting mental wellbeing is just as important as supporting professional development.

That is why we are proud to partner with M.A.T.E (Men and Their Emotions).

Through this partnership, UKSA members have access to the support, resources and community offered by M.A.T.E, helping to create a culture where conversations around mental health are encouraged rather than avoided. Together, we want to help break down the stigma that still exists

around mental health within the trades and construction industries.

We also recognise that, for some people, a fresh start or a new opportunity can make a real difference. As the association grows, we hope to create pathways into the spraying industry for those looking to learn new skills, develop valuable trade skills, and explore career opportunities

within a supportive network of professionals.

A key part of this partnership is the involvement of Daryl Robinson, who serves as an ambassador for both the UKSA and M.A.T.E. Daryl works closely with both organisations to promote positive mental health, encourage open conversations, and provide support to individuals within the trades.

As part of his role, Daryl will host monthly Zoom sessions exclusively for UKSA members, creating a safe and informal space to discuss a wide range of topics. These sessions will cover everything from mental health, mindset and wellbeing through to social media, business growth, confidence, and the challenges of running a trade business. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, learn from others and access support from someone who understands the realities of life in the industry.

Most importantly, the UKSA was established with a purpose beyond profit. Any profits generated by the association are donated directly to M.A.T.E Charity, helping them continue their vital work  supporting men's mental health across the UK. By bringing together industry professionals, training providers, manufacturers and support organisations, we believe we can build a stronger spraying community while making a genuine

difference to the lives of people both within and beyond our industry.

Together, the UKSA and M.A.T.E partnership is creating more than just an industry association. We're building a community where tradespeople can develop professionally, connect with like-minded individuals, access meaningful support, and know that they are never facing life's

challenges alone.
